A grounded pause for demanding work

What YogaSOL is for
YogaSOL creates in-person experiences that give groups room to pause, move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and one another.
Not a prescription. Not a performance. A grounded invitation to be present.
The science beneath the practice
Stress can narrow attention, change the breath, and make automatic reaction more likely. Breath, movement, mindful awareness, and connection can help people recognize those internal shifts.
With repeated practice, brief embodied cues may become more available when stepping away is not possible—an intentional breath, a release of tension, or a return to the body and the moment.
Explore the YogaSOL approachWhat YogaSOL brings into the room
Each live experience may weave together movement, breathwork, meditation, mindful awareness, and time to pause—practices participants can continue to draw on beyond the gathering.

Accessible movement that invites people to reconnect with the body they are already living in.

Simple practices that create space to notice, settle, and meet the moment with greater presence.

A shared pause that makes room for individual reflection, human connection, and intentional gathering.

Where ancient wisdom, modern science, and embodied practice meet.
Ways to gather
YogaSOL is designed for live, shared experiences—not one-to-one coaching or an online program.

Meet Summer
Summer Slanda is a CRNA and 500 RYT who has spent years caring for people during vulnerable moments and working within high-responsibility healthcare environments.
Yoga, breathwork, and meditation have also been practices she has returned to in her own life—ways to listen inward and reconnect with the body. In demanding clinical moments, a full practice may not be possible, but a familiar breath or moment of embodied attention can still offer a point of awareness. YogaSOL grew from the meeting of those two worlds: clinical experience and embodied practice.
