Curriculum & Seminars
Make space to learn, reflect, and practice together.
YogaSOL Rising can be shaped for professional groups seeking an education-oriented experience that brings ancient wisdom, modern science, embodied practice, and thoughtful reflection into the same room.
Designed for live professional and community gatherings.
A Signature Conversation
The ecosystem we bring into the room.
How internal state, connection, and conscious leadership can shape perioperative culture.
When people hear Summer speak, they are invited to see the operating room differently—not simply as a place where care happens, but as a human ecosystem.
Stress and internal state influence attention, communication, and response. Our presence and awareness also shape how we connect and work together. The conversation is designed for conferences, leadership settings, professional associations, and perioperative communities. Summer invites listeners to recognize the part they can play in shaping the culture around them, beginning with awareness of themselves and stronger connection with one another.
A live arc, shaped with intention
A gathering can hold more than one kind of learning.
The final structure is built together. It may make space for:
- 01

A framed introduction
Setting the context and opening the shared discussion in a way that respects professional settings.
- 02

Embodied practice
Accessible movement and breathwork to ground the group and create space for focus.
- 03

Reflection and learning
Dedicated time to write, process, and connect the practice back to the group’s overarching intentions.
Possible areas of exploration
Depending on the group and setting, curriculum and seminar content may explore:
Mindful movement
Accessible ways to bring attention, movement, and embodied awareness together.
Flexibility of body & mind
Exploring adaptability through both physical practice and thoughtful reflection.
Meditation for wellness
Guided opportunities for stillness, awareness, and connection with oneself.
Breathing for Buoyancy
Breath practices for resilience, ease, and rising.
Curriculum & seminar examples
Education grounded in experience.
Summer’s continuing education curriculum and seminars help CRNAs and healthcare professionals develop practical tools for recognizing stress, responding with intention, and strengthening connection—using breath, movement, and self-awareness within the realities of their work.

Thrive over Survive
Burning Thru, Not Out
The Science and Wisdom of Sustainability
A fresh look at burnout through the lens of the whole provider and whole human, exploring nervous-system science and the realities of high-demand work. Participants explore how stress becomes embodied—and practice simple, evidence-informed tools using breath, movement, self-awareness, and recovery to build restoration within the workday.
- 02
Be WELL Within the Work
Nervous System Regulation for Real-World Healthcare
Well-being cannot exist only outside the workplace. This experiential workshop explores autonomic regulation, stress physiology, attention, and co-regulation—and translates them into practical micro-practices that healthcare professionals can use in the OR, clinic, hospital, or commute home.
- 03
Awareness Is Power. Connection Is Strength.
The Science of Self-Awareness, Co-Regulation & Human Performance
How does our own nervous-system state influence the people around us? Blending neuroscience, clinical experience, mindfulness, and embodied practice, this program examines self-awareness as a professional skill—and connection as a powerful contributor to communication, teamwork, psychological safety, and patient care.
- 04
The Resilient Nervous System
Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Neuroscience
An accessible exploration of neuroplasticity, autonomic regulation, breath, movement, meditation, and restorative practices. Participants experience the science rather than simply learning about it—leaving with practical tools for cultivating greater adaptability, presence, and well-being.

The Distinction
An environment for thoughtful discussion.
A seminar format allows a group to explore the space between movement and insight. Participants can consider how stress and internal state influence attention, communication, and response, then connect the learning with their professional or personal intentions.
Through breath, movement, mindfulness, reflection, and connection, participants can explore brief, familiar cues that may support a more intentional response when pressure rises. The intention is to make space for caregivers and professional communities to explore awareness, team dynamics, conscious leadership, and the human side of care together.
Inquiry
Tell Summer what you are planning.
Share your group, setting, and the learning or gathering intentions you are holding. The first conversation can clarify what kind of experience may fit.
